Core Aeration & Overseeding
Perforation allows air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots, helping your lawn breathe easier and better absorb water and fertilizer. Overseeding fills in bare spots to improve the density of your lawn, resulting in a thicker, greener lawn more tolerant of extreme weather.
Ornamental Plant Care
Treatments in spring, summer, and fall help protect your ornamental trees, plants, and landscaping from disease – as well as prevent damage by insects such as spotted lanternfly, Japanese beetles, bagworm, and scale and borer insects.

Weekly Mowing
Mowing from spring through fall, and as needed in dry periods, with walkways, fences, and surfaced areas trimmed with every mowing. All clippings on surfaced areas are blown off, with lawn clippings bagged or kept, according to the nutrient needs of the lawn. Mowing height is done in accordance with grass type and variety to support lawn health, and sharpened blades provide a high-quality cut and also minimize disease.
Spring & Fall Cleanups
Performed as needed alongside weekly lawn mowing to remove sticks and leaves from flower beds, patios, sidewalks, driveways, and grass. Fall services extend into November and December to ensure all debris is cleared for winter.
Landscape Bed Maintenance
Define & refine the presentation of your gardens & landscaping.
Edging & Mulching
Hand tools and edging machines define landscape bed edges, and installation of dyed black or brown natural mulch maintains proper plant health and water retention.
Weeding & Garden Maintenance
Removal of weeds from flower beds, patios, and sidewalks – by hand and with pesticides – for the complete eradication of weeds down to the root.
Shrub Pruning
Shrubs are pruned with professional shears and by hand to ensure proper shape, fullness, and bloom – with all debris removed.
Snow Removal & Management
Exclusively offered to residential & commercial clients with year-round service agreements.
Plowing
Periodic plowing during snow events – during business hours or prior to opening, when time and/or weather permits – to clear driveways, walkways, roadways, docks, lots, and more.
Shoveling & Snow Blowing
Periodic shoveling during and at the end of snow events to clear driveways, walkways, entrances, steps, sidewalks, fire exits and hydrants, mailboxes, and more.
Snow Loading & Relocating
Relocation of snow during or after snow events to clear driveways, walkways, parking areas, roads, sidewalks, loading docks, and more.
Salt, Magnesium or Calcium Chloride Application
For commercial properties, application of rock salt, magnesium, or calcium chloride to roadways, parking lots, and entrances and exits – before, during, and/or following snow events as needed.
Ice Watch & Inspection
For commercial properties, inspection for re-freezing of roadways, parking lots, entrances and exits, sidewalks and steps – and including treatment of areas in need of de-icing.

Can you mow every other week?
Not unless there is a significant dry period. We keep a schedule that enables our crew to service your property on the same day every week so your lawn receives the regular maintenance and preventative care it needs – and you receive the standard of quality you expect.
How long should I continue the fertilizer program?
You will see the full results of the fertilization after one year of seasonal treatments. We recommend continuing this maintenance program for a lush, healthy, and resilient lawn as lawns often revert back to their prior condition when no longer receiving needed nutrients.
